Instuctions for DIY JVC Modifications
Below are examples of the installation instuctions for JVC DIY upgrades. These refer to a DIY service disc.
Full upgrade instructions are included with each upgrade supplied by us. You will only be sent the correct firmware disc for the model you select , so please ensure you order the correct one!
Please be aware that you perform a DIY modification at your own risk!
On no account do we accept any responsbility whatsoever for any damage caused when performing a modification yourself. If in doubt, use our fitted modification service.

Service Disc based upgrades
1. Enter service mode via the sequence of buttons as supplied with your specific upgrade (this varies with the model for upgrade) 2. Once in service mode, open the drawer, and insert the mod disc. 3. Depending on the model, the display will show either "UPDATE", "0", or "D". 4. Eject the disc, then using the players original remote control, follow the sequence of button key-presses to exit service mode. 5. Switch the machine into standby. Unplug from the mains. 6. Plug the machine back in. Installation is complete. 7. The upgrade is complete. ENJOY!
